Kerala Development Forum (KDF) works to implement the Right to Information Act, 2005 effectively — empowering citizens to access information and uphold their rights while supporting Kerala's development. Their website had to function as both a public-affairs newsroom and a service desk, with a citizen-complaint pipeline at its heart.

The challenge
KDF serves a community-driven audience that consumes content in Malayalam and needs frictionless ways to file complaints and find government-service information. The platform had to handle a steady stream of news, paper-news clippings, events and videos while keeping a citizen-complaint workflow front and centre — all on infrastructure a non-profit can sustain.
Our approach
We delivered a bilingual, content-rich platform with dedicated streams for news, paper news, events, videos and achievements, plus a structured complaint-submission system and a government-services directory.
