The challenge
Expatriate community members were spread across countries with no single channel to access welfare services, share information or stay connected to their organisation. The body needed a trustworthy platform to unite members and deliver services digitally.
Our approach
We built a community-first app with member services, support requests and community features, backed by a secure backend that scales across regions. The experience was designed to be accessible for members of all ages and tech comfort levels.
