The challenge
Mentors were juggling paper registers and scattered spreadsheets to track student progress, making it hard to spot who needed help and impossible to share updates quickly. The institution wanted one mobile tool that put student data, attendance and communication in a mentor's hand.
Our approach
We designed a focused mentor workflow: quick attendance, per-student progress notes, and direct communication channels — all backed by a secure API and role-based access. The interface was kept deliberately simple so mentors of any tech comfort level could adopt it instantly.
